Danny Booth – Bachelor of Laws, Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice, Master of Laws (Queensland University of Technology), Legal Practitioner of the Supreme Court of Queensland.
Danny was admitted as a Legal Practitioner in 2006, whereupon he undertook further study to obtain his Master of Laws degree, with a focus on corporate and investment regulation. Since 2008, he has undertaken practice as a solicitor in commercial law and property law. Since 2009, he has also undertaken practice as a solicitor in the areas of family law, criminal law and wills and estates law.
In DB Lawyers, Danny wants his clients to be able to benefit from all his experience, and is keen to develop ongoing relationships with his clients as they go about their own lives, and provide ongoing assistance with their legal affairs, hence the motto of DB Lawyers is: “In Omnia Paratus (Latin for “ready for all things”) – Lawyers for Life”.
Danny is passionate about the practice of law and helping his clients reach their best possible outcomes. He is very experienced in the legal process across all areas that he practices in, and more importantly, he can break down and explain that process, so that his clients always understand what is happening, and what to expect moving forward.
